XYX

These days It is rare for me to get excited about a new band. Maybe it's just the fact I'm getting older (pushing 30) and not that same idealistic youth. Maybe I've just become a bit jaded due to the plethora of garbage coming out these days or maybe I'm just not looking hard enough. In any case a band that I recently discovered a while back while listening to Maximum Rocknroll Radio: Mexico's XYX.

XYX is a two-piece drum and bass avant-garde punk band from Nuevo Leon, Mexico. They have a debut 7" titled Systema de Terminacion Sexual out on Nene Records, also from Mexico.
